Since being built in 1987, One Liberty Place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania has become the state's largest skyscraper towering at 288 m (945 ft.).
This is also my first BAT building, so go lightly 
. Note that this building is in a major urban area, and thus does not really have a detailed lot to go with it in real life. I also could not find many pictures at all of the street level, so I had to make due with what I had. Thanks goes out to all the people making BAT tutorials and skyscrapers.com! For your pleasure, growable and ploppable (with jobs) versions are available.
Instructions:
Extract the file in the main zip file (.model file), and then extract the contents of ploppable.zip and/or growable.zip (whichever you prefer) to your Plugins directory. Enjoy and comments welcome!
