This is the first of a series of functional churches and cathedrals. This is JENX's Munsterkerk Cathedral, one the great BAT model to date. I have modified the lot, and now it is the greatest Library in SimCity.
Plop - $10000
Bulldoze - $10000 (choose wisely)
Monthly cost - $250
Collection - 600,000 volumes with massive radius
The lot also retains all of its' landmark stats, so it is still a beacon of religious enlightenment as well.
