Helsinki City Hall is the center of Helsinki's administration and houses the office of the mayor and meeting place of the city council and city government. Situated in the Market Square, its a visible landmark from cruise ships.
Originally built as a hotel and social club, building was transofrmed into city hall in 1913 when.
I made this BAT in 2007 so its a little overscaled, but neverthless a nice product from Krioworks. Everything went better than estimated with this. Also this doesn't replace any other city halls, HCH is a static landmark.
