Hi there, Here's another map created that is different from my usual Island-style maps
Installation>>>>
-First, Extract your the following items in the .zip file here:
C:/Users//Documents/SimCity 4/Regions/Windmill Isle(windows Vista and 7)
C:/Documents/SimCity 4/Regions/Windmill Isle (windows xp)
-Next open Terraformer or mapper and open the file Windmill Isle.SC4M
-Then export and load it on to SC4
-Finally, go in and save each city to get rid of Mapper and terraformer colors

Name: Windmill Isle
Location: Fictional
# of city tiles: 9 large
Terrain Style: Hills, Mountains, And 2 islands
Difficulty: Medium-hard
Other things you need to know>>>>
-Unless you want a death spikes coast line, I suggest you smooth out some of the coastlines on the eastern half of the map.
-I wouldn't Advise you try to create beaches on this map. you may get some unexpected results If you do.
-due to the fact that I was using CPT Italia Terrain mod, it looks like there is a mismatch terrain on the image
