You can notice a little bit of tiling on the wall texture on the stair/utility tower, but otherwise this is a nice inconspicuous little building.

Should be a great building to have for filling in any low-rent areas, no matter the style (I think). Definitely going in my cities!

That's great looking for a first upload, very appropriately CS$, and yes I would love you to continue batting CS$ or low wealth commercial buildings. They are sorely needed. I admire that you are considering filling the gap just with your first upload, and hopefully you may consider focusing on this niche, eventually bringing us big CS$ lots.
