I really like the lot and the cars, but I think this lot would be better as a growable one.

I've got too many ploppable lots! But this is a good lot!

i like it, but one word of advice... living in the Northeast, i see a lot of similar historic buildings, and they are all very close, with little space in between it and other buildings, let alone a parking lot. but i really like it, and i'm downloading it because of that reason, keep it up, 10

there are plenty of examples of older buildings surrounded by space - northeast - midwest - wherever - great job mike - look forward to the series.

Small lots like these work MUCH MUCH better when they're made as growables.
