I like this idea very much, but are helicopters supposed to launch now and then? I have not yet seen this happen and was curious. :)

does this have working helicopters?

Umm....I've used it alot in some of my cities and it works perfectly fine. Remember, the helicopter launches randomly, so it may take a while to see it go.
