uhm don't mean to be cheaky in any way but as far as i can remember, files that are uploaded to stex have to be in a .zip folder and not in .rar format
can't comment on the lots themselves coz i have no means of extracting this :(

Just get winrar, its a handy tool.

But you are correct in that it needs to be a .zip format.

A free alternative to WinRAR is 7-zip, does perfectly well for me... These look nice, maybe I'll make the SimNation Navy? :)

I hope I'm not asking too much, but it'd be awesome to see a ploppable version of these. I like u-drive-its as much as the next mayor, but I've found I'm about as good at driving a battleship as I am at flying a station wagon (can't even get the damn thing off the ground). So I think I'll leave the battleships to the sailors, and continue randomly shuffling papers and playing with that little fan in my office :]

These files look pretty cool and would go great with the PEG Navy Base files. The only problems are the bad descriptions and not enough info, like dependencies. The other problem is while I can decompress the files I here comments on the other packs indcating that the file isn't working. More info, and better descriptions would make this a must have for those who want a naval base.
