For the sims who live in the mountians, and don't have the ability to drive to a beach, This little lot Will take all the joys of the beach, right to your Sims local Pond! :thumb:

 

This is a 5x3 lot, With minor air, water, and garage polution. It has no water or power consumtion, so you can place it in the middle of no where and have no problems.

Other Facts:

 

Plop cost: 50

Bulldoze Cost: 10

Monthly cost: 5 (Yikes!!! :O )

Menu: Parks and Rec.

Park effect: 50 for 20

nice i really like this. I'm going to use this all the time in my ponds and beaches

Also if you see a bunch of comments, like ones in the bridge pack thingy. I am being hacked and I'm still trying to find the hacker :ninja: please do you not report me if you see any of the over used comments. Some one already did :(
