Great idea, the look is perfect.

You should increase the traffic slow-down because of the police questioning people and searching their cars. And then increase it more to take into account the lazy police who take too long to search.

Alot better than the one I made on the simcity LEX! BTW- the border crossing near my city is a very nice, large building, and it doesn't see much traffic.
