Hello! This is my first LOT I've ever been happy enough to put out to the world. Therefore, I present to you;
The Bricked Park.
It has all the same stats as the standard in-game large park, and the trees in the center are seasonal. That means that you need to let the park go through one whole season before the trees will appear upon the lot.
