About This File
This is a set of three 1x1 lots: straight boathouses, diagonal boathouses and double boathouses.
They are designed to be plopped on the shorelines of the PPonds, but as there are no water props on the lot itself, any water props can be used (I have not tried or seen this myself, so feedback is appreciated).
Each lot will randomally plop one of 3 or 4 variations in color, detail and nightlights.
The lots can be found in the parks menu, and do not have jobs. They have transparent textures, and you should be able to plop flora props on the lot itself.
No dependencies!
