I've been trying to mod something similar to this, but can't seem to get it to work.....I'll give it a try.

b4 I d/l is there a monthly cost? I've tried these type lots b4 and the only one that works really well is the "hydroionizer" but it costs 10 G's a month :( thanks If this really works I'll love ya

O it works just fine as long as you dont use to manny and it cost 5$ a month per ploped park .say 3 to 15 depending on polution .so top cost is around 75$

durcsaw: If you don't like it, don't comment, download or rate it. There are plenty of others who do like this kind of lot. If you think its stats are excessive, d/l ilive reader and mod it yourself.

If no one made bad comments, then everything on the LEX would be a ten-star, and all ratings would be inaccurate. I feel it a duty that if you find a lot bad, that you should comment and rate it. What you say makes no sence. I bet you arnt very acceptive of constructive critism.

I dont like the lot, it is unrealistic and I consider it a (big) cheat. a 4 for the effort.

It's fun for my cities. Cleaning and nice to look at so this is for those who have not very high standards of cities very good.....

It's ok. I have noticed that it doesn't really remove the pollution. It just takes away the haze. When you click on a lot or whatever, it still rates as high pollution. Also, I've noticed that you get those sparkly thingies that denote high pollution. It's ok, but it still needs a bit of work.

This lot does not lower pollution or garbage. It also causes green specs to lit up all over the map.

is it the cause i've lost more half of my population in the entire city? (150 000 people n now only around 45 000 left) yes, it remove the haze but it stated high pollution on all of my buildings across the city.. n the radiation-like green balls is spooky.. like my city hv been poisoned.. even after i bulldoze the park the green balls still there. can u help this.. if this things work correctly i'll give 10/10 but for now.. 3/10

It spreads around the graphic effect of radiation and... is, of course, horrible to see...
