This upload is missing the main parking garage model. The main model (probably) and several car models/props were used to be hosted on Mikeseiths own website 22 years ago, but when the site ceased to exist those models were not restored anywhere. Though the site still can be visited via webarchive, most of the files (including the missing models and props from this lot) are long gone, lost in time.
In the case that you have the main model file for this upload somehow, please let the STEX Moderators know, so we can fix this upload. 
sitenote: those files, that are still available on that site via webarchive, have been restored in the BSC MEGA Props Mikeseith Vol01 dependency pack.
