Strange to have 6 malls stacked on top of eachother.

Well, this is the way many highrises were done in 2003-2004, before the BAT. However, most creators at least used several *different* props. If I were you, I'd collect some suitable low-rise commercial BATs by SimGoober and others, pick some that go together quite well, turn them into props, and assemble a mall with them. That should be something fresh and good looking.

This is quite good. It looks similar to a Westfield Shopping Centre we have here in Aus, so I may just end up using this in my city. Thanks.

Still too much Maxis stuff. Try using custom buildings instead of Maxis.

I think its a fantastic looking building and great use of the original props with a lot of imagination. Lets look back and see your offerings shall we samness7 ?

I agree with neowolf. It even looks a small bit like the Westfield Sunrise nearby. It just needs a bigger parking lot. While the BAT and custom buildings are the preference of most members, remember that it's not completely impossible to come up with a good lot using only the Lot Editor. You just need practice and the ability to recognize good aesthetics.
