NOTES & ISSUES

Unfortunately, even after long trouble shooting sessions, several renders, and many shed tears I was unable to resolve the following issues:
1. The white decorative caps should look the same on both sides but don't for some reason. In some renders they looked right in others they didn't (I chose the render with the least problems)
2. I had a custom night texture for the stripes but I forgot to use it on the last render, so the standard beige texture will have to do.
3. For some reason the large rounded corners on the back left side of the building look badly streaked. They don't show this way in gmax and I can't seem to find a reason why it renders that way since the other side renders fine.
4. For the lot: using multiple overlay textures in one tile some times means that the top one wont show in game, sorry I have no idea how to fix this.
5. Sorry the night lighting is a bit underdone, I spent a LOT of time messing with the lights and never got a good look so I left it out. If someone wants to give it a try I'll send them the gmax file.

It looks like a good model, although it's a little oversized. You really need to work on textures though, mess with the tiling a bid, and maybe not so dark a color.

Pretty impressive. You seem to have the fundamentals down very well at this point, but something as grand as this needs a little extra attention. Buildings like this are full of detail and character and to really bring a BAT of this type to life, that needs to be included. You have quite a lot of potential and I think it would do wonders to open up a BAT thread.

The textures are nice, they do look a little bland though. I like this model a lot, it is unique, but the lot could be improved more. 4.5/5 Keep up the good work!

This building is not oversized. The dark and stripes are Art Decco and beautiful. This building makes a Statement.

This building DOES look very radiant...idk why. Just has that aura. I can see a building like this in downtown core settings with other skyscrapers around this.

We can all see your effort, plus I really appreciate your detailed description, it shows that you care about your work and most importantly care about those who may download and test your bat. Just keep trying. You are up to great things. Btw, the bat is slightly oversized, but imho better than undersized.

This great! It does have a very Art Deco look to it with a little bit of Sci-Fi as well. I could imagine this building in a super-hero movie or comic book. 5/5
