WARNING : the installation is silent ! what does that mean ?

Just tried it (kinda stupid of me, but oh well). It means that the installer just drops the files into plugins without any form of prompt. My antivirus hasn't screamed at me yet, so that's probably a good sign... But still, not really the best idea in the world.

It means the installer won't pop up with a dialog, it just extracts without alerting you. Seems clean, but it seems illogical. I downloaded a 926.4KB installer to get a 15KB DAT.

I think if you are going to use an installer, try using Install Creator.. they take up less space.

I would suggest taking a closer pic. As well, I don't suggest downloading this, it could be a trick.2/5

Aw shucks, I was hoping for a noisy installation...

Well, since everybody has ideas for installers, I might add - don't bother at all... for 'normal' custom content installers are just a pita :-)

What does the silent installation mean?

Silent installations are not what we want, I demand noise. :P

But joking aside, a decent attempt, and can be improved by possibly opening a lotting thread or studying other lots.

Decent attempt at a basic parking lot. I personally **HATE HATE HATE** installers unless it's an exceptional case such as the NAM or Sim Mars. Why use a Buick to swat a fly?
