Curious little building. I kinda like the tiny prison like windows. Must have been built during the cold war, it seem to double as a bunker :P The only think I would really like to see on a building like this is a roof access or penthouse of some kind, no one is going to want to get out the ladder to get on the roof!

Another good bat form you guys but textures everytime...some nice building lately just wish a little more care went into sorting out tiling etc :)

Quite a unique design with the curves and edges. I like the windows and the roof junk. But the texturing seams a bit repetitive.

Nice and different design, isn't it a little undersized though? I think Baliam12 is in need of a warning from a Mod soon, calling everyone an idiot isn't what we're used to hear here.

Undersized bats are a routine for Thai bat team, I will be more critical if this happens to commercial bats. For residentials, this issue is relatively minor. This bat has a different design, seems like an industrial warehouse converted to R$$, which isn't a bad idea. Still as a 4x4, its bright textures is going to negatively dominate the skyline, as most Thai bats do. 4/5
