Seems creative, however the lotting doesn't seem too good. Also custom props and textures would help.

Its very neat and tidy, but I think it needs some custom Props and modelsto make it more distinctive. This could be made with Maxis defaults and the SAM in game fairly easily.

I don't really like the idea of having a police station, fire station and city hall on the same lot

I like the basic idea. Some feedback: in RL, our municipal area has a plaza area (so lawyers can give kickbacks to city councilmen, I suppose). It'd be nice to see some area like that behind the city hall (i.e. between the hall and the police/fire). Just a thought.

That is about all we can recommend here, I guess. Also when I said "the lotting doesn't seem too good", that means "improve your lotting" just to answer your question. Regarding your reply to matt, we may not like what you do.

I understand you are a newbie, and I have seen far far worse relotting attempts than yours. In reality, I would want these civic lots to contain jobs. I have always hope somebody would do an original, complementary lot to the City Hall, so hopefully if you like to release something useful for the Stex, you may consider this. Keep trying!

I really, really like the idea of centralised facilities, but 3 things about this: 1. Needs to be bigger so you can fit it all in, 2. The fire station comes out of the hospital! And 3. I'd like to see some variation in the cars in the car park. Fix these and you'll have a great lot.

The best improvement would be to add a custom building of your own design. Try opening a forum thread and you'll be given tons of help ;)
