Overview

Once upon a time simtropians would download their favorite BATers new building called "HK Tin Hak Estate". Simtropians would then anxiously open SC4 and wait for it to grow! making massive 4x11 lots througout their city, and only a handful of simtropians got it growing. But one day came Towerdude he....eh ??42.gif made an idividual ploppable version3.gif with the authorisation of the BAT king Bixel!

 

So this is simply one of the Tin Hak made ploppable, and I have permission for it

 The BAT is from Bixel do not compliment me for it!! I just did the ploppable re-lot! all the BAT credit goes to him!

The base of the lot looks simple but as time passes lots of trees grow!

It's not his BAT, can people please read the description for credits, that's why it's there -.- ... the BAT which i should add is awesome, was made by bixel. Towerdude just made each building individually ploppable.

It's not as impressive as your last relot of Victoria Towers, but keep trying. Maybe you can think of doing Sky Tower relot or Harbour Green or Braemer Hill or Dynasty Tower, if you get my idea, or maybe Bixel will do it by himself! ;-)
