Overview
Once upon a time simtropians would download their favorite BATers new building called "HK Tin Hak Estate". Simtropians would then anxiously open SC4 and wait for it to grow! making massive 4x11 lots througout their city, and only a handful of simtropians got it growing. But one day came Towerdude he....eh ??
made an idividual ploppable version
with the authorisation of the BAT king Bixel!
So this is simply one of the Tin Hak made ploppable, and I have permission for it
The BAT is from Bixel do not compliment me for it!! I just did the ploppable re-lot! all the BAT credit goes to him!
The base of the lot looks simple but as time passes lots of trees grow!
