thats a pretty good, modern house.

Not bad, not bad at all. A good picture, and fair night lights. I give it a 4/5 simply because of the rather plain roof texture. But still great for a second upload. Use Google Translator (translate.google.com) instead of straining your English, BTW.

Why does it say the page cannot be found when I try to download?

A good start - the roof texture is tiling, and would benefit from a custom one made from scratch. More low wealth, low density residentials is always good...
