About This File

 This is a water wind tower. No dependeces.You can put this lot on the water preferably shallow. It has no dependency and produces energy. At night this building is not illuminated. This building is equal to original wind towers on the SimCity 4 but you can put this buliding in the water. Sorry to the English.

Open the images in the paint,and select "save as".Then change from png to jpg in the dropdown menu in the lower side of the window.

This doesn't look like a screenshot - this looks like a camera phone was held up in front of the monitor and a picture was taken...

good effort, but you just made a maxis' windmill into something that can be placed into water. I am sorry, no offense, but it is useless (maybe just for me..)
