2 things that i dont like about many lots in simtropolis:
1: the buildings that are ploppable with jobs. they ruin your demand. a regular landmark version is better because you can still grow normal buildings from demand, instead of using up all of your demand in one building. thank you for including both versions.
2: Buildings with huge lots. I like a close quartered city, and this lot, 7x7 is a little big for my taste. But thank you anyways.

This is one of the nicest quality BATs I think I've seen - and to think it's a month shy of being 10 years old!

i downloaded it and it didn't show up in my landmarks menu...

doesn't work for me. keeps showing up as a brownbox

Lot is way too large for the building, could have easily been 4x4 but the model itself is too big and doesn't even allow me to make the lot smaller.

Visually it could easily fit on 4x4, but for some reason the actual model takes 7x7.
