Okay, you get the point, it's Mickey Mouse! 
I did Mickey Mouse's Club House, where the gang hangs out. It is a 3x3 park with the same stats as the green park (§40 plop cost, §5 Matience cost). There is a random walk effect in this lot. In this package, you will find many MODEL and DESC files: be sure that you get all of them in the plugins folder! And there is only one LOT file: you may relot this or use these props any which way you want, but if you put them in your upload, please get my perrmission! To install, click the download button up there ^, unzip (open) the compressed folder, and put the insides in your SC4 plugins folder. To uninstall, delete every one of these lots in your game, and then you may fully delete this folder to avoid crashes and such. Thank you!

Note: this is a Cartoon BAT: This may not look good in your cities. There are no textures beacuse it looks best with it's origanal "plain" colors. Sorry for anything that you don't like.
