I redid the Subway station (U-Bhf Herbertstrasse) and added a Parking lot on
one of the two lots.
File one: Wassertorstrasse, without parking lot
File two: Wassertorstrasse hi sign park lot, with parking lot.
Plop cost: 180
Capacity: 2000
Bulldoze cost: 100
Monthly cost: 80
