About This File

It was time for me to upload another one of my *useful* Lots (bat). How many times did you wish you had a small unsignificient lot that produces enough power to have some buildings grow in far away places without having to plop one of these big powerproducing things, or you wanted to plop something anywhere on your map without the need of a Powerstation?.

Well, dump a Nexis gravel or sandpile anywhere you want (those we often see abandonned on the side of the road in the county irl) and grow whatever you want to grow without any Powerstation on your Citytile. Ideal for Farming.

This 1x1 Batlot has a transparent texture that can be planted (plopped) on with everything you have in your Mayor's menu. You can even plop some big trees on it so to hide it from view. It produces the same amount of electricity as the Maxiswindmill without any cost nor the sound.

Maitenance cost, plopcost and bulldoze cost are all 0. Maybe not realistic, but usefull for those who need hidden power in small and far away places.

Useful as always.... ;)....and as usual, no dependencies.

There are two versions included, keep only one or both, if you like to. One version has a darker *gravel* texture while the other one is a lighter yellowish *sandy* colour.

Nexis LOTs and BATs are not to be duplicated nor uploaded anywhere else without my permission. By doing so, you will be put up against the wall be shot without further notice. Thank you for understanding and respecting.

Have Fun with Nexis

windpower is big and not always wanted in a total rural scene, this lot is not create for power to use in towns or cities, but for something like a little cottage on a rural road, when bigger Powerplants look out of place....Get it now? Thanks guys

Oh this idea is very creative and nice!! I will use this lot instead of the ugly spinning wind powerplants.

Very useful. I currently use one of your other lots for a similar purpose, but this one is even more innocuous! Knowing my tendency for limitless cheating though, I'll probably crank up the capacity a bit!

This, along with some eyecandy powerlines, will make some for some pretty rural CJs. I like practical lots!

hm, used it in another city, placing the lot right on an edge square on the map. it took on the appearance of the 'off the map' world. in otherwords, the smallbluegrid was showing up beneath the gravel pile. Otherwise, it worked fine. so I moved it one tile from the edge, still was wierd. moved it to the third tile from the edge, and all was good.
