I've place all of my 'anti-mod' collection into one file, rather than having to download them separately. In case you don't know already, these Four Lots can make your Air/water pollution, garbage and/or radiation levels go through the roof, these are pretty good for realism if you want to make for example, a industrial wasteland, the air pollution increaser can help you with that. Whatever one of these lots you place, it's safe to say that your environmental advisor isn't going to be happy about it!

Pollution Increaser (air pollution), Large and Medium intensities
Water Pollution Increaser, Large and Medium intensities
Garbage Increaser Medium Intensity
Nuclear Increaser Large and Medium Intensities.
Dependances: bldgprop_vol1(for convenience, I've inculded this with the file)
