This mod will reduce the plop, maintenance and bulldoze cost of the Maxis Open Grass Area lot to 0, whilst maintaining all of the other positive effects.
Although this sounds simple (and it is), this makes the Open Grass Area lot much more versatile, as it allows huge recreational areas or fields to be created for nothing - or it could be used as a filler. It's up to you!
In any case, why should you pay FIVE dollars for grass? Especially that which was there in the first place!
Full usage instructions are included in the Readme. You'll need to extract the zip first though.
No dependencies.
