Just a Small Family Park that I edited its a 2x4 lot that the whole family can enjoy! your sims can play tennis and the kids can play on the small playground or sims can go for a swim! no more haveing to travel across the city to go to the beach just place one of these near residential areas and the sims will LOVE the swimming pool or the tennis court!
