Do you want to have more realistic Maxis parks, back streets, and more?
Contains 17 park files:
-3 empty terrains (only grass, grass with bushes, or concrete)
-2 basketball fields (1 small and 1 large)
-1 large skatepark
-1 large tennis court
-1 picnic aera
-5 back streets (usefull for your downtowns, but they can't be used by pedestrians sorry)
-2 end back streets (grid and wall with grafiti) thanks to kazmir's idea 
-1 urban soccer field (usefull for your suburbs)
-1 large soccer field (usefull too for your suburbs)
