Here's a grayscale satellite image of Hurricane Katrina that you can use in making a terraformed region. I searched for it on Google and found it. Then I slightly altered its dimensions so it can be made into a terraformed region. The area where the hurricane is is easy to build on.
Notes:
The region is 19 by 16 km.
To load the image into the region (in case you didn't already know), press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+R to bring up a menu in which you can load the image.
Comes with a config file.
