Don't download this mod... its architecture simply doesn't work with the latest version. Files need to be packed.
Anyway, I don't want to remove this upload, since it's the first mod for CitiesXL ever published. You can consider this page as "history". The idea is not clean, nor the mod.
But I'm gonna repack it, so you can get the feeling of November 2009... when no mods were available, Monte Cristo was still alive and releasing patches for the game every week and people could create their own mods without any strange software... only notepad and QuickBMS.

The solution is: The Sanbox Mode MOD
(version 0.1) - Works only on the Cities XL version n 1.0.3.374 should work on any version
Works only for Solo Play
Read the readme please!
- Unpack the folder
- Make a backup of the original folder
- Put the "design" folder in the "Data" folder (in you CXL directory)
- Start CXL and start a loan
- Contact me for problems
- May not work on newer versions of Cities XL
