Are your local low income citizens tired of their cute houses and modular homes? Do they wish they could have some more space without having to spend a whole lot of money? Well low and behold, as the black dragon gives them two new options of houses, each coming in four different flavors...
The Claymore Trailer is a simple trailer house fitted with 21st century plumbing, heating and air, and electric, but yet is easy on the wallet. Those who fell that a home shouldn't have to have the tires removed from it, I offer them a nice southern US classic Shotgun house, with all the comforts of modern housing.
The Claymore Trailer comes with 4 variations (A, B, C, and D) as does the Shotgun House. Each trailer has 2 lots (1x2 and 1x3) that reside on growth stage 2, with one 1x1 lot for stage 3. Each Shotgun house just has two lots (1x2 and 1x3) and just resides on growth stage 2. Since this is supposed to be a generic "All standard use" set, it works on all building styles.
The file includes a readme and the folders of each house. I highly reccommend that you download the Eagleland Project Resident Prop Pack and the Eagleland Texture Pack if you haven't done so already.
