Sorry, but your lot needs much much improvement... 2/5 for the effort. Opening a lot thread will help you improve your lots a lot.

Rehashed maxis lots=bad idea. You should add more info about the building, such as power and water usage, garbage production, jobs, and etc.

I'll echo io_bg's comment, if you open a LOT editing thread you will get good feedback on your lots before you post them. It will only make them better and it'll motivate you to make more (and improved) LOTs. These guys and gals are here to help... love to see some good lots, but let the community help you and you'll be putting out stuff that everyone raves about.

Sniperstorm heres a tip, MAKE YOUR OWN MODELS, no one likes recycled maxis models, they have been around for 4 years + so they have started to get old.

I don't have a BAT! And I don't know a good website to get one. I tried getting one from the SC4 official site but it said I have to register, I did, but never got the activation email!
