This mod is a take on sligtlyslack's Radius Doubler Mod (https://www.simtropolis.com/STEX/details.cfm?id=13696). The only real difference betweent this one and that one is that this mod also increases the costs of the building. By doubling the radius, the area covered is four times larger, so the cost is four times greater. In the case of Hospitals and schools, it is the bus and ambulance cost that is increased four times. The capacity of the hospitals and schools remains unchanged.
I created this mod because I try to not unbalance the game too much. Increasing the radius without increasing the cost made the original mod far more cost effective than the original game buildings. By increasing the cost, hopefully some of the balance is restored.
