THIS IS MY FIRST LOT!
I couldn't get the bank accounts thing to work, so I have rebuilt the lot from scratch, and it's come out better I think. It now works properly as a landmark, and the jobs work properly now.
I have simply taken the "Hurt Enterprises" (thanks vidioman) building from the Simcity4 european buildings set, and made it into a Landmark as it is in fact the Commerzbank in Frankfurt, Germany, by Norman Foster.
I have added some jobs, and played around with some other of the statistics using the Excelent editor Easy Tweeker.
Stats are:
Cost to Build - $90,000
Cost to Demolish - $8900
Provides the following jobs -
$1000
$$4000
$$$3000
As a large bank it has a good influence on the surrounding commercial 95 radius 40, and a modderate influence on residential 40 radius 60.
It produces low polution - Air: 4 radius 4; Water: 5 radius 6; Garbage: 30.
It uses 125 Power (MW I presume) and 75 Water.
It also costs $200 per month to run this building.
