My First Region 1.0

Very good and lots of variety. If you haven't noticed, all of your cities are small cities. If you look around, you should be able to find a site, or even ask here on the forums, how to make diffrent sized cities.

Actually, they are all medium sized. I would make it different, but every time I try to make my own config.bmp, I screw up.

nice try but any newbie could come up with this map....it looks like it took effort,but...nice try - but try again!

Do you have any suggestions to help me make my maps better?

Not a bad map, could be better though. In my opinon, it's that big lump of mountains in the upper left corner that turns me away, but it's better than the last two maps uploaded.

To make larger cities go into the config file (open with paint) but you need to do before terroforming.... atleast that what i do.

Really, the mountians don't look like they are the greatest, but still, I like the use of variety with realism.

you can use GIMP a free picture editor. i can zoom in 1600% and make the brush 1 pixel wide. :O

I look at the left half of this map, and all I can think is hitting the "Level Terrain" button.
