uh, I plopped it. Looked good. jobs provided eased my no job zots for C$$ residential. But the neighboring subway was overwhelmed. I bulldozed the subway, and the tower was too. but the base was left, along with the parking. So I tried to bulldoze the base. THE BASE WON'T BULLDOZE. And it won't let me replop the building.

Remove it from your plugins folder, load sc4, then put it back in and reload it.

ok, i understand removing from the plugins folder. but after that you've lost me. reload sc4? bulldoze? then put it back into the plugin folder? and run sc4 again?

1. Remove from plugins 2. Load simctiy for 3. load city 4. blldoze 5. save 6. close sc4 7. put back in 8. reload 9. open city 10. plop
