The idea is great, and you could actually pull it off if you wanted to make a baseball and football field in one. There are a lot of seasonal tree mods out there that use seasonally triggered props, you could do the same with your field - essentially have the spring and summer show baseball and the fall and winter show football. (leaving this comment on both lots)

Ten dependencies, and that's the "rough" list? Why not give us the "final" list? After all, you're the one who made the lot, tell us what we need to have it show up in game properly...

I agree with madhatter on this one... Also whats up with the field goals??? Sorry that dont look right with the baseball diamond... Also a better placement of the bleachers would do soo much better as is a lot of folks wouldnt see anything other then the nets lol... Look to RL for some inspiration on how a stadium for MLB is set up...

Well, the homeplate cage is supposed to be see-through chainlink, isn't it. Never mind, that portion of the bleachers is full of afternoon beer drinkers anyway. Besides, they get to see the field goal kick smash the office window on the other side of the street. That's worth admission.
