ah, i downloaded this a long time ago on scpolska. a very nice BAT that, it fills the gap for old looking suburban box stores. and more plans for these kind of BAts, szymcar? :D

Well sometimes the simple - no frills - lots can be the most interesting and realistic, and this lot certainly proves me right :) Unfortunately, I am not building any polish towns or European towns right now...BUT, I can tell this will be a perfect addition to one! :)

I first misread the name as "Bierdronka" and assumed it was a clever name for a liquor store. :-) Nice building though... definitely has an Eastern Euro feel, and it's nice to see a suburban commercial building that isn't all shiny and new looking.... the textures are great.

Great looking building so I made it into a 5x5 and added parking overlays and parking lot lighting. Also lowered the garbage from 864 to 4. And now the building can be appreciated. Thanks for sharing.
