Take advantage of the road-weary traveller with these billboards! This is a growable 1x1 commercial service lot. Other stats are:

 

Wealth: Low

Size: 1x1

Jobs: C$, 2 jobs

Fire Stage: 2

Power Consumed: 1

Water Consumed: None

Pollution and Garbage: None

Dependencies: Everything  is included in the download, but make sure you have Maxis buildingprops volume 1 and 2 to avoid missing elements or brown boxes.

 

After making this lot, I have noticed these trends. The lot seems to appear in moderately-developed cities (population of more than 5,000) with lots of low-wealth residents. It doesn't seem to appear too much, which is good, but for some reason, they tend to cluster together. If you don't like it, delete and go on with your day!

Looks good, is there a chance that you can make ploppables of these to fill diagonal (triangular) spaces next to diagonal roads? That would be amazingly useful :)

I could make a ploppable version, but since I am not overly proficient with ilive or any of those tools, it'd be landmark only. I'll try and work some commercial YIMBY in if Plugin Manager allows...
