This is the UPDATED version of my first BAT, and all comments are still welcome! In this version the roof texture is improved (along with several other small texture changes), the awnings along the lower floor are removed (I didn't like them as much) and the night lighting has been modified. These files simply replaces the old ones, so if you've already downloaded the old version just overwrite the files with the new ones. IMPORTANT change! Now there is a dependency (only for the 4x4 lot): BSC MEGA Props Misc Vol02 Original description: Basically I just wanted a CS$ building with more jobs, so that's what I made. It's a building housing some cheap services: shelters, The Salvation Army, thrift store outlet, rehab centers etc.... so it's pretty drab, but clean. The building has the following stats: Building value: 944 Bulldoze cost: 233 Capacity: 253 CS$ Construction time: 35 Flammability: 45 Pollution: 5, 7, 15, 0 Pollution radii: 5, 5, 0, 0 Power consumed: 13 Water consumed: 21 I made 4 lots for it: 3x3 (stage 6), 4x3 and 3x4 (stage 5) and 4x4 (stage 3).
