Good job on the library, it reminds me of my own. The fire station looks far too similar to Victory'shealth club, though.

BlackBeard: You need the bldgprop_vol1.dat and bldgprop_vol2.dat You can find both on the same page you download the lot editor. They are known as the buildings as props download.
