This is a mega-pack containing 55 new mods that change your police car to a more modern model based on the designs of various cities in the United States and Canada. All have a fully functioning lightbar, headlights and all that stuff, it's drivable and whatnot, etc etc etc. Basically it works just like the original police car except its not that GODAWFUL OLD CLUNKER police car that came with the game...JEEZ that thing is UGLY 
Anyway, all mods also change your police car props to a True3D model that is identical to the cars driving on your streets.
In all, it contains police vehicles from Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, Ohio, the District of Columbia, Wisconsin, Oregon, Illinois, Tennessee, the latest Batman movies, California, Minnesota, Soth Carolina, Ontario, New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Maine, British Columbia and New Jersey.
EDITED May 7, 2009: Now includes five more mods from Minnesota, Alberta and the whole of Canada.
EDITED May 26, 2009: Now includes 5 more mods from Michigan, Virginia and Nebraska. Most lightbars updated to be much more realistic.
EDITED May 30, 2009: Michigan State Police much improved - more realistic light; hood sign added.
You'll notice that the filenames for the mod files are just numbers. The Readme will show which is which, and also I have included pictures of all the mods, with corresponding numbers.
