For your gaming pleasure. A new 2x2 medium water pump ages at half the rate and has 250% the capacity. I tried to make it somewhat realistic and has an initial cost of 3000 with a 600 simoleans/month upkeep cost.
Note: Make sure to connect your water pipes to the building itself. It seems that the underground piece for the water pump doesn't move with the building.
