Finally an update to the first modd from the ModdSquad. It is now in Dat format for our Mac Users. We really came a long way since the first modd. This second set of updated mods contains a modified version of the first with a new "CommuteSpeed No Capacity Change" for those that are having problems with your Commerce. Other minor tweaks includes changing the walking speed back to 5 and changing the cost to reflect the changes of capacity in the clinics, hospitals, elementary schools and Disease Research Lab. This patch is now realistic. Capacities and Cost has been increased. Solves problems users have been having such as commute time, strikes in large cities and the Disease Center limit
