Here is an addition to my waterfront promenade. This is a much bigger lot and costs $500 to plop and $10 monthly cost (what a bargain, eh). This lot is an 11x4 and connects to my waterfront promenade (its an earlier lot I made on the LEX) for a full waterfront. It portrudes so you will need to terraform a bit.

 

Due to popular demand, in this zip file, I have included a 1x1 entrance to the the promenade to supplement the 1x3 entrance in the other set.

I have a little problem. I can see in you screenshots some nice corners. Now where are those? They weren't in the firt package and they are not in this one either. I will rate 10 your lot because I really like it, but please, enlighten me! I really, really need those corners. Thanks.

Bronto, I'm not sure what you mean, but if you are reffering to the brown cliffs, to create them you will need to terraform...

...Click on the level tool, then click and hold on the green land and holding the mouse button, bring it in to the edge until you get the desired affect. Then just plop the promenade on the edge.

No, I was talkin about the intersection between a vertical row and a horizontal one. But, I've got it now. It' part of the big lot. Maybe you will release it as a separate lot next time.
