Overview:
This mod is designed to change the default rock texture in SimCity 4. This mod will look great with the default maxis terrain.
Installation:
To install, save the file to your SimCity 4 Plugins Folder. (My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\) Unzip it. Make sure there is only ONE rock/terrain mod installed at a time. If there is more than one, a crash will occur.
Compatibility:
This mod is not compatible with any other rock/terrain mod. This, however, will work with any mod that modifies the games water textures.
