If an item is locked because of some issue, I'd prefer that it's taken off the lists. It's annoying to find something that has good potential for use, and then not be able to download it. This building is gorgeous, and I could've used it, but I would prefer not knowing about it until it's really finished.

I've loked this tower because texturing wasn't good. But the new version coming soon, with new windows and more realist nighthlight. Same think for Amemerican international. I hope for this summer.
